Foundation Package
Includes 3 Sessions (Valid for 4 months)
- Establish a deeper connection with yourself and and inner parts. Develop more experience in mindfulness and presence with your internal world.
Each session is a private, one-hour experience tailored to meet your unique needs. I offer personalized guidance and attunement aimed at addressing core challenges. Through our sessions, I will guide you towards achieving integration and a greater sense of inner wellness.
Included in a session:
- 60-90 minute sessions available online in English and Polish.
- Completion process, shadow work and parts work
- Sessions are done online.
- Sound bath offered during session at request.
After your first session I offer a 15 minute check in call to see how you are feeling.
Note: All multiple 1-hour sessions can be combined into longer sessions if desired, such as 2 or 3 hours. Consistency is recommended for the integration process.
Multiple session packages purchased must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase.
